The Northeast Ohio City Council Association, Inc. is a voluntary association of members of municipal Councils. Though the organization was formed in Cuyahoga County, the NOCCA vision is to grow beyond that border to reach out to the region. The organization purpose is to provide Councilmembers with a forum for improving their skills and effectiveness and to address issues of local and regional importance. A focus on mutual solutions to growing economic development is a part of the NOCCA vision.
